Intelligent pressure switch
Intelligent pressure switch is an intelligent digital pressure measurement and control product integrating pressure measurement, display, output and control.

The installation
Mechanical connection
It can be installed directly on the hydraulic pipe line through the pressure pipe joint.
In key applications, pressure pipe joints can be mechanically decoupled by micro hoses |

In order to prevent the influence of electromagnetic interference, the following matters should be noted
Line connection is short, using shielded line
Avoid direct access to the wiring of the user device or electronic device causing interference
The shell must be separately grounded if installed with a miniature hose
Set up the
Hysteresis function
The delay value can be set through the menu, and its output can be controlled, and only one output point is needed. As shown in the figure on the right, taking the normally open type as an example, the grey generation is the delay value |
The window function
This function can be used to monitor specific interval, its output can be used to complete control, alarm and other work, and only one output point is needed.
As shown in the figure on the right, take the normally open type as an example. The grey band is the window value. When the pressure value is between the window, the open point is attracted

Confirm key. When displaying menu status, press this key to display menu data.
When the data is displayed, press this key to confirm the modified parameters and return the menu status |

If no key is pressed for 30 seconds, the modified data will not be saved

The error code

Data validation error, possibly due to
Strong electromagnetic interference or device failure.
Troubleshooting: power back up after a power outage, or go to the advanced user menu to reply to factory Settings
The internal module of the instrument summons an error, which may be caused by strong electromagnetic interference or some device failure.
Elimination measures: eliminate electromagnetic interference sources, the meter case is reasonably grounded
